Therapeutic Massage for Pain Relief
I graduated from Centerpoint School of Massage Therapy and Shiatsu and received my Associate’s Degree of Applied Science in 2019.
I blend therapeutic trigger point massage therapy, Swedish techniques, and Shiatsu Asian Bodywork into my work to provide pain relief from chronic pain conditions. I believe the client and therapist should work together long-term to address pain, I recommend consistent monthly sessions for a year, as most clients feel better with long-term treatment.
Passionate About Your Health
I eventually plan on becoming a physical therapist. I am passionate about teaching my clients about their body’s structural issues and providing pain relief. In my free time, I paint, do pottery, and can be found crafting. I also love to spend time with my Shitzu dog, Deet, and read books on science, feminist theory, and communication.
